Delivery information

To guarantee quick delivery, Kocca relies on the best couriers selected according to the country of destination and the type of product. The final shipping costs will be displayed in the cart and will be charged together with the cost of your order at the time of payment. Nothing will be due to the courier at the time of delivery of your package. Shipments to the United Kingdom for orders starting from 135 ₤ will be subject to customs duties. Any additional customs costs will be estimated and paid in the checkouts. So, nothing will be due to the courier.

Order processing times

Orders are tried 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and prepared by our warehouse from 9 to 13 from Monday to Friday. The orders made after 1pm on Friday will be prepared on the following Monday. We inform you that the orders of new users could exceptionally have slightly longer shipping times in case of any necessary checks on the order. We cannot guarantee that it is possible to modify the orders that have been paid and have entered our system, as their processing is automated.

Follow your order

To check the information relating to an order, access your account and click on my orders. Click on the order number to view the details. You can view the status of your order from the "My orders" section. A shipment took place you will receive a tracking number with which you can monitor and follow the status of your shipment. You can view the details of your order and shipping information.

Delivery times

The orders shipped to Italy are delivered within 1/2 working days. Orders sent to countries outside of Italy can request 3 to 7 working days. 

Taxes and customs duties

Within the European Union there are no additional costs or duties on the products marketed in countries within the European Union. Customers will not have to pay anything to delivery. Extra-EU countries: shipments to destinations outside the European Union are subject to import taxes or customs duties. These charges are exclusively borne by the recipient, who will have to pay the amount due directly to the checkout.
