2. Object

2.1 General conditions regulate all purchase and sale contracts and constitute an integral part of it.

2.2 B2X srl reserves the right to modify the general conditions at any moment without notice, without prejudice to that it will be understood to be applicable to the purchase and sale contracts published in the online shop when sending orders by customers.

2.3 In the event of a contrast between the general conditions and any other terms and conditions relating to the purchase and sale contracts published in the online store, the general conditions will be applied.

3. Conclusion of purchase and sale contracts

3.1 Kocca undertakes to send customers the order confirmation within 2 working days of receipt of the orders by customers. In the same period of time Kocca can deny or revoke an order confirmation if the same reports an incorrect amount price (even if this amount is actually indicated in the shop) compared to the list practiced by Kocca, as specified in the following point 5.1.

3.2 The purchase and sale contracts are intended to be concluded between the parties when customers receive the order confirmation. 4. Availability of products

4.1 The type of products published in the online store and their availability may vary at any time and the customers, accepting these conditions, agree that this does not involve any responsibility by B2X SRL against the customer for any variation of availability or non -availability of the products.

4.2 The indication relating to the availability of the products is not binding, it being understood that the products indicated as "not available" pursuant to art. 4.1 (II) cannot be ordered by customers. 5. Price and shipping costs; Taxes and duties

8.2 B2X SRL agrees that the shipment of the products, in the states indicated in the online store, takes place through couriers expressed from time to time selected according to the product subject to the order and the place of destination.
