Delivery information

To guarantee quick delivery, Kocca relies on the best couriers selected according to the country of destination and the type of product. The final shipping costs will be displayed in the cart and will be charged together with the cost of your order at the time of payment. Nothing will be due to the courier at the time of delivery of your package, except in cases in which it is necessary to fulfill customs obligations. Shipments to the United Kingdom for orders starting from 135 ₤ will be subject to customs duties. Any additional customs costs will be paid directly during the delivery phase. 

Order processing times

Orders are tried 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and prepared by our warehouse from 9 to 13 from Monday to Friday. The orders made after 1pm on Friday will be prepared on the following Monday. We inform you that the orders of new users could exceptionally have slightly longer shipping times in case of any necessary checks on the order. We cannot guarantee that it is possible to modify the orders that have been paid and have entered our system, as their processing is automated.  The orders shipped to Italy are delivered within 1/2 working days. Orders sent to countries outside of Italy can request 3 to 7 working days.
